Fixed : 31.5 lakhs
Variable Credited Monthly : 1.85 lakhs Variable Credited Yearly : 3.7 lakhs
Total CTC : 37 Lakhs
I am currently working in Capco with Fixed CTC : 28.21 Lakhs
I have resigned from Capco but they are trying to retain me.They will be going to give some fixed + retention bonus.
What should I do should I get retained or look for other offers how's the market please suggest I am Java Developer with 10.5 yrs experience
