I have recently left Cognizant and joined another company which is not good as I'm not getting good vibes here. Just want to know after how many months or years I can be retired? Will they give hike on my current package or on what I have left Cognizant? ( Suppose rehired within the year if possible )

I’ve been told my company is changing my title from Associate Director of BD to Sales Executive. I’m concerned it reads like a title demotion. Is it just semantics? How will this look for my career development? Curious about the standard perception of Sales Executive from a seniority perspective. Where does this land on the sales roles hierarchy? Sinple advise those who are waiting for SA promotion... whatever package u r getting as A you will get only 15% hike for promotion to SA...so it's nt at well worth, Better switch.

Is there any strong Marketing Department in Cognizant where Marketing Functional Roles (Brand Management/ Brand Development/Marketing/PPT Developments etc) is put to use? And if so, how can one channelise into the same.
