I have resigned from wipro CTC - 6.4 and am holding offer from Accenture nearly 40% hike with variable pay of 1.4L (approx 10.1LPA). HR called and said thy would be giving a bonus of 3.5L and the immidiate will be added in next 2 yrs CTC as splitwise 1.5 and 2 L each with 2 years of lock-in period.

Am unsure of what to do kindly suggest

7+ YOE - 3 in tech support role (after BE) and 4+ in BA & PM role (after MBA). Worked on RPA and process improvement projects for 2 yrs. Currently working on internal tool implementation projects - PMO, UAT, change strategy, etc.
