I have selected in wipro and got the letter of intent and my joining date was given as one month. But my notice period is 2 months. I have contacted HR many times and they have not responded and i have only 12 hrs to accept or reject the offer. Given this, How do I extend my joining date to be adjusted to accommodate this notice period. Please let me know how we can proceed. Hi Fishes.. 6 yoe in SAP SD, i got 2 offers one from Wipro14 lpa role tech lead and other from Infosys for 16lpa role consultant.. i feel in Wipro the role is good but package is very less and in Infosys the role less for my experience and package can also be revised.. what can i do.. need your valuable inputs if i can negotiate with anyone of the company or which i can choose..
