I have spent 10 years in the non-profit sector and my last role was close to three years ago as a Program manager for two years in that role. I had went back to school after my company was suddenly restructured in December 2023. I had to stop looking for work to care for a sick spouse. I recently earned my MPA in 2024 and would like to know what should I be asking for as a hourly or salary range. I have been told that it should be 75-80K a year. Is that incorrect?
