Question about inclusion…. I’ve been teaching inclusion for 5 years so I’m still a newb, but a first year coworker of mine said she got points off on her observation because her kids were scattered in the classroom and she was having to move from kid to kid to assist. I’m getting ~2k in federal tax refund this year. Why is it so high? I heard that most ppl pay additional tax or get smaller refunds. Is my salary being withheld at a higher rate? I’m in my second year of employment.
