I have very tough situation right now.so i was working at my client location initially client told me you work as L3 but when i joined they put me on development work there everything is perfect good team low pressure but after 5 month she transfer me to l3 support role this role i dont even like he told me for timebeign we shifted in L3 on a very first day i was told by lead that this role require daily 7pm to 9pm extra support activity beyond my 10 to 7pm job but i cant what to do now?

Have an acquaintance who is a single mom; she purchased a used car 3 mos ago. Six wks later her 17yo wrecked it, air bags deployed, and estimates have ranged between $10-$18k in needed repairs while $21k is still owed. Acquaintance was switching insurance policies and flubbed the coverage dates and there were a few days where the vehicle was uninsured. No GAP insurance. It’s hard to trust the partners/leadership when they want us to return to office as being better when we increase offshoring? Also, the pressure on billable hours when all that really matters is how much our fixed labor costs vs. how much we can bill (which is usually fixed fee or at least a range) and the fixed labor costs of offshoring is significantly cheaper so the hours don’t matter.
