I have worked for Estes for 7 years. I work in the Denver location “technically Aurora, CO”. The management here is a complete joke. It has severely degraded since our original terminal manager had to relocate back to Minneapolis to fill that position and the new terminal manager and the new assistant management doesn’t do anything to help their employees to boost morale or listen a tale action to mitigate issues the we run in to. Anyone else have similar issues happening in this aspect l?

My company announced they will not give cost of living raises despite that we’ve obliterated revenue records multiple times over. Thinking of looking outside to be paid my worth.

I have 7 years of military supply chain experience, plus a year and a half outside of the military. I am an inventory control manager currently, and have applied to positions like demand planner, supply chain manager, supply planner, and other manager positions.
