My inhand will be approx 61k so how to enhance this package more.

Considering:
1. Startup is offering more learnings & package than Capegemini.(The start-up is in Blockchain domain)
2. Capegemini offers better infrastructure, established process, stability, much more. ( Package and position is lower)
