I heard they are silently firing people. One of my friend in ERM in GRC worked as analyst. He has been asked to leave during probation and they strategically forced him to submit resignation. He tried reaching out to CEG but was of no help and they said speak to the leadership team only and they can't help or won't interfere. I am surprised where are we heading, and is it normal that people are forcing people to leave without offer and CEG doesn't care.

Anyone else’s team experiencing heavy attrition? I’m unsure if I should start looking for another job or if that’s being too reactionary. I also really like my job currently but there are so many unknowns with so many people leaving.

My partner will be traveling often to London, once a month for an year starting September. He is getting his visa through work (10 years, multiple entry, 6 months max stay, cost some $1000).

I have applied for standard tourist visa in the past and they are usually short term. It could be max 6 months, but they see your itinerary and allocate you few months around the itinerary

Is there a way to get 6 months multiple entry visa, if I were to join him once in a while.

I went through a few interviews with the Deloitte Cybersecurity for a manager role. I've been in more senior roles at competing firms. Initially I said no thanks, but after the 4th call they made an initial offer at the top pay of the manager salary range and sent me a link to the application form. It's a 20% pay bump for me. So the question is should I take a demotion for 20% pay bump? Or counter with a lateral move? Is it even possible to negotiate a higher level after interviews are done?
