I hold 3.8 years of experience which includes roles as Test Analyst with 2.8 YOE and Consultant with 1 YOE. Looking for job switch. Should I drop paper, though I don' t have any offer. 90 days notice period is really killing the hopes to land even interview.

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months. Any idea how can I get this escalated so that the recruiter ( Accenture employee) should at least be careful in future before fooling a noob like me?

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. My YOE: 3.6.

CCTC: 10.5

Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.

Looking for some advice as I am considering relocating to US. How difficult is for HR professionals to get a work visa? I think from what I read I qualify under eb3 (no master yet) or h1b.
