I interviewed at the synechron and cleared the 1st round . After that there was no call for the 2nd round. Though HR called me to tell me once a project comes she will let me know but it's been 2-3 weeks.
Now again I got a call from synechron for the same role but need to start from the 1st round again.
Did anyone face this?

I have an experience of 6 years in Production and Application Support. I have worked as middleware administrator as well for Jboss and Weblogic.
But due to the diminishing demands of the role in IT industry , I am planning to switch my career in Devops or AWS which would help me grow.
But I am not sure without any practical knowledge, will I get a job at this many years of experience in a different profile.
