I interviewed for analyst at Deloitte in September. Cleared 2 rounds of interview alongwith an assignment submission.
Got a positive feedback from HR manager. I was told( on a call in October) they'll get back but till today, I haven't received any clarity. Another HR contacted me in November regarding a different opportunity but same is the case here after 2 interviews. Is it normal in Deloitte to ghost the candidates after the interview or do I have some hope here?

Hey everyone. Is there anyone in the corporate IT group here? Recently received an offer and was hoping to learn more.

I'm in a litigation, about 9 months in. Is it normal that I spend majority of my time making bundles for my partners (printing, binding, moving docs in a different order whenever there are new documents or he wants to add stuff) reviewing documents and making tables (e.g. dates, which documents are from where), and the only legal work is like notices of admission, list of documents, the occasional research? I'm so bored and I want to quit but I don't know if I have unrealistic expectations.

Any advice on how to deal with a partner/boss who is shifting all responsibility to me with zero guidance, no mentoring, and an unwillingness to discuss the issues? (Small firm, only associate under this partner and have been working at the firm for 2 years). There are an increasing number of passive aggressive comments from the partner who expects to be completely hands off once the case lands on my desk. Wants me to figure it all out despite cases being from different areas of law.
