I joined cognizant 6 months back. At the time of joining, the cognizant offered me a Gurgaon location . Now the return to office has begun, they asked me to join the Chennai location because ODC are only at that location for my project. Please suggest what I should do. Currently, I am working from home and have no problems with moving to Gurgaon.

Is there a corporate way to bring up to senior leaders that an IC is causing issues across multiple teams because they are demanding and also doesn’t collaborate well? The IC gives vague “direction” then says they are too busy to clarify. They also refuse to use our project management/ collaboration tools.

I’ve been negotiating a settlement on behalf of a client. OP is a major corp. we’ve gone back and forth for months, almost a year. Finally came to a final agreement and we’re reviewing for final signature. Then client is reviewing and decides they want something else modified. It’s a point of contention. OP has said no. Should I communicate this to client before pushing back against OP’s rejection of the mod?
