I joined EY 6 months back in Assurance and I work early in the morning. My stakeholders asked me not to go to the office because of the work dependency. Would EY listen to them if I tell this as an excuse for weekly RTO

Offered: 24.5 lpa fixed + 3.65 lacs joining bonus + 27% variable at Accenture
Joining location is Kolkata while project assigned is based at Hyderabad.
Would it be a good idea to join Accenture or better to stay back at TCS (retention offer: onsite & promotion) - considering I cannot change my base location from Kolkata. Will Accenture allow remote work once offices open?

I am writing this message besides the staff group of EY GDS. Specifically Staff -1 at assurance level. I would request everyone to spare few minutes and read it -

Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.
