I joined EY less than a year ago, was an experienced hire, and came in as a manager. I’m not a fan of the culture or work-life balance, so I’m considering quitting (only if I find a new opportunity). I may have found an opportunity at Sofi, which would be a lateral move from Manager to Manager. What do folks think?

Our district is so lax on the students this year. With tech issues and distance learning days, we’ve gone from accommodating to enabling real quick. No penalties for late work, taking excuses for attendance, lower academic and behavioral standards...
