I joined Mindtree and today is my 3rd day, below is my experience:

No ID cards were provided to new joiners and now they are tracking the punch in and out time for new joiners. And if we don't punch in and out then you will be marked as Working from home and at least 2 days we need to be in office and mandatory 6 hours at least.
If we don't meet 2 days strict 6 hours per day your paid leaves start getting deducted one by one. I did not like it. without providing any ID cards how?

Is it crazy to switch a job while undergoing IVF?
I’ve been in my current role for almost 4 years. While I am generally happy, & have flexibility with time off for personal matters, there are things that bother me. I have an offer for way more money, manager title (which I want), much larger bonus & IVF benefit is better. However, I’m in the middle of stims and it is STRESSFUL. Part of me can’t imagine taking on a new role while I’m in the middle of this. But also feel like I can’t pass it up

The problem is I just relocated to Pune for my wife's work, we have set up our house here and now if I accept offer I again have to relocate to Bangalore because they aren't offering WFH. What should I do? I know Morgan Stanley is a very reputed firm and might make an enormous impact in my technical growth, but is it worth taking the pain of relocation again?? I am confused.
