I’ve been trying to get into the top tier Associate Product Marketing Manager position Google for some time now for just an interview and I feel like business majors somehow have such a stronger chance in getting interviewed especially my business school and I feel really discouraged as an Econ Major and I have a lot of marketing experience that I’ve built over the years. Are there any non-business majors in the tech realm in non technical positions at Google that can advise me?
Has anyone taken the CAIA ? Any tips ?

Good luck!
Any interview tips for someone with extreme anxiety? I tend to literally choke on my own words I get so nervous 🥴
Thank you all for your encouragement and replying. I will let you know how it turns out. I usually do not have a problem doing interviews. I just plan to be myself and answer questions to the best of my ability.
It sounds like you have a really positive attitude about it and I'm sure that will help!

Good luck! Just go in with an open mind and be ok with learning!
I think its great that you applied and just went for it. I feel like so many people would have let the fear of not knowing the job stop them from even applying. But you can't learn the job if you never apply and therefore would never know if it is something you would be good at.
Whether you get it or not it's never a mistake to get out of your comfort zone and go for it. Good luck!
