I just got a job at Bank, after recently transitioning out of banking into another sector at PwC . I am tired in my current role but the bank is offering the same 6k less base than PwC but with higher bonus, 401k match etc. I really didn’t want to move to banking but applied to see what interview questions they ask, but turns out I interview well. Not sure if I should take the job.
