I have an interview for a Principal Renewals Manager role at Slack/Salesforce this Wednesday and I was hoping for some advice on how I can wow them? Ive done a lot of research and made loads of notes but get very nervous in interviews and dont always articulate how I would want to / say everything I want to cover. Should a DevOps Cloud Engineer with 2 years experience earning around 10 LPA (base salary) in a Fortune 200, switch to a startup which pays almost 20 LPA base salary?
The reason to ask this question is, wouldn't it be difficult at the time of second switch, to move to another big organisation after one is already at 20-24 LPA with just 3-4 years of experience at a startup?

Curious what the base and commission structure is for inside sales and associate director of sales in biotech (also anyone else who wants to share pls put industry). Paid hourly or salary? At the biotech company I work at avg inside sales is $62,632 with a $3500 per quarter cap. Commission structure is % based on sales quota reached vs capped (not a direct % of sales). I’m underpaid at $53000 with $3500 cap per quarter.

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. Question on entering consulting. Worked for a non-profit for six years, entered healthcare tech last year as a CSM, and just got an offer from a life sciences consulting firm. My hope is to eventually get into more broad strategy consulting (MBB or big 4, have connections at both). Would working at a more boutique firm limit or help in the long run? I don’t want to be in life sciences forever but figured it could be a good launchpad into consulting. I’m 30 so not old, but also not young.
