I just had my 3rd round with US manager NTT DATA, can anyone suggest me if that's the final round before HR discussion, usually how long do they take to releae and finalize the offer and what's the wlb and salary structure (fixed to variable ratio) there, and WFH policy (considering I will be in internal process)
