I feel I over meet the qualifications in some areas and just meet them in others. The recruiter said 50k is the salary the company is offer. I know I can negotiate. What are your thoughts on what the salary should be?

How is everyone planning their family vacations? Specially looking for people with kids. I have 2 kids and a family vacation for 4 people for a week easily comes to a min of 5k -6k (flight, car, hotel, eating out every day, entertainment tickets) and if we end up taking 2-3 vacations per year, it costs about 15-20k. Venting :: I have this cousin who thinks she can just show up without calling or asking? She was unpleasant, criticised me for not cooking enough despite the fact that there were so many groceries close by, complained about me waking up at 8 am and how she hates my dogs and wish to strangle them, last time she stayed over.
