Hi all. I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 2 and it’s been hard to heal with the ups and downs of a very competitive sales position in the current market. Before taking FMLA for 12 weeks I was a top performer. Any advice from those that also live with bipolar disorder, or advice on a potentially a less stressful position to ease out of sales? A friend I’ve had a complicated relationship with (which I recently ended because of a lot of drama and mistreatment) confided recently that she is suicidal. She has no family or close friends and will not go to the hospital. I’m very unwell myself but have gone over there the past two nights. I lost a sibling to suicide a couple of years ago and the idea of her dying because I failed to help destroys me. This person has been abused by police in the past and I can’t imagine calling 911 (con’t)
