I keep running into this issue when pitching clients. I'm at a 50-person firm, and prospects say they like our focus and quick turnarounds, but then ask if we can match the Big Four's capabilities. How do I change this conversation to focus on what makes us better rather than what makes us different?

Evening! Dog owners who live in condo rentals downtown.. did you tell your landlord you had a dog? I’m in a rental with a lease that says no pets (i’m sure a common clause?) and i didn’t have any pets moving in. 6 months in, i got a puppy lol. I don’t want to invite potential conflict by updating my landlord, my lawyer partner says the no pets clause is void in toronto anyway - but I worry about a bad landlord reference if they find out i.e come for repairs.
