In your opinion, what does sales enablement mean, and how does it function between sales and marketing? The space is still so new that it seems you hear a different definition with each person you ask!

PM 🐠, I have an interview internally at my company (tech) for a PM role. I meet all criteria with the exception of having “led a team” and “have shipped at least 1 product” Is this over before it even started? What can I do/answer to overcome this? I’m in a strategy role and the other hiring manager knows that but has still given me an interview. Thx

I’m updating my resume and I’m wondering what HR people are actually looking for/care about? If I have had two jobs out of college (graduated 2020), should I still put down my internships? Does it matter if I put down Microsoft proficient or is that just assumed now? Does the award I earned in high school for community service matter?

I am a sales rep and have worked extremely hard to build a large book of business. Every year upper management seems to find a way to cut commissions and make my hard work, worth less. Is this common? It’s pretty draining to work harder and get paid less year over year even though you’re typically getting more business. I don’t feel valued. Do more for less? Any other great sales companies/ industries that people are happy with and compensated accordingly? Preferably uncapped commissions

There is no trick to sell, either you can sell or not. The only trick is use your ears and identify key pieces and use them wisely in the conversation. Selling is a conversation properly led to a Goal.

I recently interviewed for a AE role with an international company Home Office-Dubai, HR in NYC I interviewed with the recruiter & hiring manager at the same time; interview went well. I sent thank you notes and received a response saying they would let me know In a couple of days. Hi! Is it normal to feeling burn out after 10 months of working? I got a job as a sale coordinators which is a new position for a new department in my company. In this position, my boss expects me to be a sale rep, costumer support, and account management. With everything I have to be available at all time, meeting a potential costumer in the morning and taking order in the evening till midnight. All this for 48k, it’s my first salary job for me. Am I supposed to work this much?

I’ve been a club performing rep for years at a SaaS company…but as an enterprise account exec… my average deal size is around $75k in annual recurring, quota of $1M. This is inline for my company but low when I speak with others for Enterprise rep openings. Any thoughts on recommendations for steps to bridge that gap?

On a new team, internal move. Have about 10 YOE but looks like this will be the first year I end nowhere near annual goal. A few things outside of my control as I'm coming into the territory and things falling through. Role is heavy on renewals/farming but also some hunting. Because the farming has been so bad as I settle into month 4, will have a huge climb. The number of reps/meetings to get there is not attainable. Do I grind it past year 1? I hate that I will come nowhere close to goal...
