Hi Infosys guys, I have cleared one technical interview and got email for further round which is planned for tomorrow. Email mentions that this is a telephonic interview, is this supposed to be an HR round discussing salary or another tech round.

Hello 🦈s,
Role: SAP ABAP
Current: 8 LPA
I am having offer from LTI for 10.5 Fixed & 1 Mouritech for 12 LPA Fixed.
I have also cleared PwC India interview & HR has told me that they can give me 10.5 as Fixed (Before 12 offer). I have not yet received the offer letter.
Now my question is will PwC consider this offer for the re-negotiation? Or will they not release the offer letter itself?
Also what should be my ask for a SAP ABAP Developer with experience of 3.3 Years?
Thanks in Advance 🙏

Maybe focus the narrative on how much happier you were to make the jump to the new company and then once there you realized how your gifts could be used. Good luck! Many places have limitations on jumps within the first year because it creates a lot of churn for the dept you are leaving but if you are doing internal jump they might allow; just be ready for your manager to drop that tomorrow.
Didn't you leave your last position for more flexible hours? And now you're applying for a job with less flexibility again? Why did the narrative change? I mean, I guess it isn't a big deal if you're honest about the reason why you're truly moving around....which appears to be money. It depends on your org's flexibility, but it's not a good look for you and makes it appear like you don't really know what you want.
I don’t mind long days but it’s hard to say no to a position with flexibility AND more money. Since I already have a higher rate with this organization I know they must compensate their management more so than my last company. Plus, I was working in a management role outside my clinical area. So I am hopeful this new position would give me a taste of both worlds- some patient care while also getting additional leadership/administrative experience.
I’m in a similar position. I tell myself I’m a natural leader, and if opposites for me to be a leader then I’m taking it.
