I left a mgmt position about 6mths ago to go back to the hospital for a raise in pay and more flexible hours. Now this system has a rehab director opening for their vna and I applied. Transfers are not confidential so I plan to have an open conversation with my boss tomorrow. I am happy with my new position, however, it’s not much of a challenge. I’d prefer a leadership position. I’m worried this might look like a red flag to both parties due to my short time with the organization. Thoughts?

I got invited to a second round interview to meet the team to ensure that it’s a good culture fit. I would love to know any thoughts on what I should ask or do to ensure that I am great fit. I received a 2 year continued service agreement costing $12,000 in effect fot individuals who 'leave voluntarily' within the allotted timeframe. Will I actually have to pay for the costs of training if I don't end up liking the job? Are these enforceable? What are the parameters of 'leaving voluntarily?' Thank you!
