I'm naturally introverted, and calling sources makes me genuinely anxious, even though I understand how critical those interviews are for good journalism. Part of me thinks I should retreat to desk work where I felt safe. Is reporting just not suited for introverts, or are there ways to work through this?

Hi Accenture people, got offer today, asked HR about project, she mentioned it will be mapped on first day itself and will be connected with project manager. I told her i need details about the project and she said she will talk to project manager and get back to me tommorrow. Everyone says we have to search project after joining only. I used to be one of the main journalists for Spanish media, but since I moved to Miami I feel the general passion for soccer is very different 🥲 The energy and commitment are not even close to what I felt in Spain, where some businesses would close if the match was too important.
