I left public after three years due to wlb and have now been in industry for almost three years. I was just passed over for a promotion and have found it difficult to get manager level interviews. Can anyone share some stories of successfully making it to manager through externally applying?

I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself.
