I lost my job 6 months ago and I'm still searching. I tried applying directly, asked mentors to refer (no one did), and got more than 5 calls out of 100+ job applications (most of them ghosted), cold email etc. I'm confused and I don't know where I am going wrong? If communication is the problem, no one says how to improve it as well. I desperately need genuine help from someone 🙏🏻

Does it work if I provide a bio with summary of M&A projects (client names removed) instead of a traditional resume? Also plan to list education and previous roles.
