I lost my job last year and landed at a Pharma agency in January. I’m glad I have a job, but I don’t like the pharma world. It’s so different, bland, and squared. I have a solid book, but somehow, I can't land interviews at the agencies I’ve applied for. So, I wonder if a GCD or ECD here could review my book and give me feedback.

When I was a device driver developer with 2 years relevant experience I had got calls from Nvidia and Qualcomm. Unfortunately I wasn't able to crack the interviews back then.

For next 5 years I worked mostly on application development and broadening my exposure. I am not getting even a single call from such companies now.

I have family members who are inside claims reps for a large company. The company sends out emails 4 times/day showing who is currently not available for calls. To everyone working in claims in the entire country! It’s been a minute since I worked in claims. And never for this particular company. But is this shaming the new way to manage WFH.?
