Hi folks, I have 6.5yrs of experience in Java, Springboot, Microservices. Does anyone have any idea about Optum Global Solutions, Hyderabad. I was told that the Project which I will be assigned to is an IVR application responsible for middleware services and the shift will be from 2 pm-12 am. Any idea which project is it going to be and how is the work going to be? Do they expect us to extend beyond 12 am on a regular basis?

Hi Fishes! YOE - 7 (CA - Regulatory + Financial Reporting). Current CTC - 12 I have an offer from Capco (Consultant-M2 - Regulatory Reporting). Offered CTC is 15.5 I have final interview pending with American Express for band M30. Can someone guide me on the seniority of this band and the salary that I can ask from th HR? Any info would be highly appreciated.

I have offer of 20 LPA from Oracle IDC Pune. Project is related to Oracle Primavera Cloud. I had a discussion with the hiring manager and everything sounded good to me.

I was interviewed at EY UK on 7th Sep. It was quite smooth. Since then I haven't heard anything back from them though interviewer claimed SLA to get back with outcome of interview is 48 hours. On portal it still says I'm in hiring team phase. It was level 1 interview.
Should I take this delay as rejection?

I have some doubt regarding pf contribution... Say for example.. 12% of my base salary is 600 which gets deducted from my salary.. on the flip side.. the company has to contribute 600 to my pf (which is actually deducted from my salary only like already part of CTC)?. So my question again is that.. the company contributes 600 as well? PwC

I have read that they ask for expected CTC during managerial round and if you ask high CTC then they put your profile on Hold. I received mine after 1st of next month as HR was busy with the closing of month (as they told me). Also if they are replying that's good as it means that they are interested too but you keep pinging them in 2-3 days, you surely will receive it after 1st-Aug, I guess. Here it takes a little time. I gave my interview at TSYS for DBA post on 24th May after clearing Technical, Managerial round. At Director round which is non technical round he said that HR will contact you on Monday. But it's been more than 6 days I didn't received any update from HR. So, I called to HR he said that position not on hold we will contact you in 3-4 days and let you know the result.
So did they also put offer letter on hold ?
