I missed my flight by 2 mins. What are my rights? I had a biz class seat. Spent $3000 on my seat. Exec Plat status. I flew standby on the next flight because the rest of the day’s flights were sold out. (Also tried changing my flight before it closed and couldn’t find open seats) So I got the only seat they had - middle seat in coach. Is that IT? Will I at least get a refund for the fare diff? I never miss my flights so this is new- it’s frustrating to think I won’t even get a pillow or sundae!
