I moved from B2C retail sales into a B2B inside sales role, and the learning curve has been rough. I want to aim for more complex B2B roles, but feeling a little lost on what specific skills or experiences to work on and highlight with my resumes. Any tips?

Wondering for anyone who got their CFF (Ceritified Financial Forensics) designation. Was it difficult? How long does it take to study for using the review course? Is the exam mainly multiple choice or short answer and how difficult? Any guidance or tips would help please. I already have my CFE but just want to know if CFF is worth it

I was interviewed for a major tech player in the hospitality industry, had 2 interviews which for the first one the recruiter was late, and didn't confirm the interview while I emaild her to make sure I do have an interview. When she attended she said that there was no point of responding my email as we are meeting anyway. Later on I had 2nd interview with the hiring manager. After 45 minutes she said they will let me know...

“Well you need to come to the office 3 times a week and the other two you will be popping into potential customers on site”

Me: So not remote at all…?

Anyone else in “I’ll do my job description and nothing more” mode? I left my job about a year ago to relocate, make sure it was the right decision and start a side business in the mean time. Now I’m actively looking for a new sales position, have tons of experience, but am struggling to even get a response from job apps. I am wondering if this is because of my employment gap?
