I need help! I'm working in a really toxic project at accenture. It was good in beginning but have become unbearable with mediocre hikes. The work environment is exploitative. The company is great, but it's the project that's toxic. I tried moving to other project, cleared interviews also but my project never releases me despite me having discussed it with my people manager.
