Got offer from Atos of 26.4 LPA. Is this a good offer? or Shall I search other job at 30+ LPA?

The only solution I was able to find is to quit Accenture.
In today's scenario the market is hot
Try hard for better companies
Go out of Accenture for a market correction of salary .. in search of better work environment .. and for mental peace
In my case after Accenture I got a great manager and I found it difficult to believe ... It took me over one year just to recover from that torture..
I would strongly suggest you not to lose hope. Be strong . Be vocal . Struggle hard . Get the job and get out .
I totally understand your pain brother. Accenture as an organization is really good but yes some projects might give you really bad experience. You are not a fresher and good experienced person so you have to raise your voice here. It's the right time to switch a new project. Drop an email note to your current manager mentioning that you want a release and also mentioned the golden word "AS discussed". after this wait for some time and even if they are not listening, connect with HR immediately. Trust me they can't deny your roll off request for long period. I am sure you will definitely get an help.

If you feel that no one is listening to your request and enc is toxic then as a last resort, hou can raise grievance from ast portal. Once you raise it then everyone from project manager to HR will be after you to resolve your issues.
