I'm in negotiation with the this data company (which is only 10 % over offered fixed ctc) but HR hasn't shown much confidence. They have asked for week's time & say can only offer a signing bonus. I'm getting a bit nervous as it's an opportunity I've always wanted!

I have a partner who routinely ignores emails or responds to them several weeks later. He has to approve every single document sent to the client or the court, which means you have a physically go to his office to ask him to review something. Half of the time you go to meet with him in person, he’s either on a call or otherwise busy. I find that this basically creates more work and makes meeting deadlines extremely difficult. I’m waiting on an offer for what’s named IT Business Analyst but it’s also Salesforce Administrator work. The company is The Adecco group so they are fairly big. I have two years of Salesforce admin experience and in my interview they said my experience is perfect to what they are looking for

So my questions is, I think they are going to offer around 80k but I don’t think their going to be guaranteed bonuses with the offer. Should I negotiate a bonus to the salary or negotiate a higher salary?

Anyone from Accenture HR here.. I have been stuck in weird situation and need help.. I have been referred for level 7 as per my current exp. and expertise. HR has told me in in their system it shows it as level 10 across hiring procedure. Now they are giving me offer for level 10 which is absolutely not suitable for me.. so I requested HR for re-leveling if possible and he agreed. Now dont have much updates. want to know is it happened ever? I m tired this is never ending..

I tried to renegotiate with one of a reputed firm after accepting the offer letter due to the CTC that they offered is 30% less than avg pay for the same role and experience and in return HR said that due to I discussed my CTC with my friends HR team can take compliance issue and they can revoke the given offer. Will they withdraw my offer letter due to this renegotiation and discussing CTC with friends. What will be the impact of this. I am really worried now
