I noticed that effective January 1, my designation has been updated to Senior Systems Engineer. However, I have not received any official communication regarding this change. Additionally, when I checked the Associate 360 portal, my grade is still reflecting as PA.please clarify whether this change is part of a promotion or if it is only a designation update without a promotion

I received a call for Engagement Manager position with AWS. Even though I have the JD for the same, it appears kind of cluttered, with lots of Agile flavour thrown in, hence reaching out to the audience to understand what exactly this role entails?
Is it a sales oriented role, is P & L an integral part of being an Engagement Manager with AWS?

My technical interview was on 19th Feb and received HR called me on 22nd feb for salary discussion but again on 22nd Feb 2nd HR called to have managerial round which was scheduled on 25th Feb and again got mail to submit CIS form. After submitting form didn't get any call from HR. Its been 8 days. Is i am ghosted?

Can someone suggest me which one is better.
