I noticed that the average starting pay for my position and years in the industry is 10k more than my current salary. I haven’t had a raise in 2.5 years, but the scope of my work and projects has greatly increased. I’m scared to ask for a raise now because of recent layoffs. I want to stay with my current company. How do I ask for a raise respectfully and successfully?

I got an offer for senior Salesforce associate for support project. The skill set mentioned was LWC, apex and configuration. Wanted to understand how the work will be for Salesforce support in PWC.

And the other offer has a good pay and good designation (Associate Consultant) rather than the one I choose. Now i feel very low due to this decision that I took. I finally got a raise (after 10 years) from 45k to 50k with less than 10k in incentives while others who are just starting at lower positions make more than me..I want to bring this up but don’t want to come off in a bad way considering they finally gave me a raise this year.
