I once wrote "click here" as a placeholder CTA while drafting. It made it all the way through approvals and onto the live site. Months later, it was still there. Sometimes laziness hides better than brilliance. Have you ever had this?

All the time and editors will always blame you despite it being more importantly their job to check your mistakes.

I've gotten roasted by editors for passing along copy that had TKs in it. But I don't think any of those ever went live. My great fear would be typos that slip through. At least online you can fix them, or have someone fix them, but they're still the kind of things I'll think about at 3 am.

I get that. Typos haunt me more than anything else too. Even if they get fixed fast, I cannot stop replaying them in my head. TKs I can laugh off—typos feel like a scar.

Yes, I once left “[insert stat here]” in copy that actually got published. No one noticed for weeks. Nothing humbles you faster than realising laziness slips through layers of “quality control” untouched.

Hi all! I'm new to Fishbowl and a recent college graduate. I'm looking for a full-time role once my summer internship ends and I'd appreciate help in finding some openings.

I have experience in pharmaceutical advertising (account services) and the publishing industry (editorial). I'm looking to work at a company I can utilize my passion for writing and account experience. Maybe public relations or corporate communications? I'm up for anything!

I appreciate any suggestions that come my way! :)

I blacked out and hit on a coworker at a work-related event. I would never have normally done it (aside from the stupid amounts of alcohol in my system) and they are in a committed relationship, making everything so much worse.

No idea how I’m going to interact with them in basically every meeting I have for now until I leave the company.

Anyone have any luck juggling multiple software engineering roles at the same time? I’d like to horizontally scale my work by working many easier, more junior level jobs instead of one very senior, difficult SWE job.

Also, is there a trending name for this sort of thing I can Google for?

Serious question: Men, those seeking a medical opinion from a Dermatologist for hair loss, would you consult with a Dermatologist if he himself was bald? Sacklers made a rookie mistake of not starting with a big4. Had they come to us, our partners would have recommended a phased digital transformation journey to enhance value maximization and increase share of wallet. We’d do this by implementing SAP, Workday, and Salesforce using power point based accelerators to create a 360 degree view of the customer that empowers the frontline, increases loyalty and enhance employee collaboration. We’d still be in pilot assuming start date similar to McK.

The argument that climate change is not man-made has been disproven by science over and over again, yet many people believe that the global crisis is either not real, not of our making, or both, in part because the news media deliberately chooses not to talk about it because it doesn't sell enough.

"Don't Look Up" is as real as it can be.
