I just found myself in this situation. I stayed longer than I should have because I liked my coworkers. As it turned out though, the environment itself was really toxic. I left and am so much happier now.

Good for you!
Absolutely. I’d rather be bored and enjoy the environment than the other way around. People come and go, so I’ll take what I can get while I can.

Thanks for the insight.
If you have such a great relationship with the team then you can always stay connected with them outside of work or is it you like them as team to work with then that might be the culture factor to worry over. Toxic environments always a no thank you but if you like the culture and the work itself is not a problem then maybe stick it through for a little while longer depending on your priorities. In my opinion, if you need a pay bump and a new learning experience kind of job then make the jump.

Thanks!
Definitely I have stayed for the team. They appreciated my work ethic and the ability to get things done. Leadership changed frequently so they never knew how hard I worked. I guess it's a lot to ask for everything: a good team, decent leadership, and challenge. You need to figure out what is important to you in order to keep yourself satisfied.

Ugh, this is tough. I’ve been doing things to make my job more bearable lately, like more networking events, taking clients to lunches and dinners. Just spicing things up.
