Collecting data on a potential entrepreneurship idea for a marketing CRM of sorts. What I have found is that most ppl in marketing do not have a specific tool that they use in order to coordinate and connect with marketing agencies. For ex. I was working on a webinar and needed to work with a few diff agencies to draft up creative and copy assets. Everything was done via email/docs. Would have been nice to have a CRM to organize and bring transparency to coordinate the project. How about you?

I have a wonderful girlfriend and was so excited to share it with them, and it hurts to not have their support. I feel lucky that I have wonderful friends who do support me though. Received the email saying TCS will deduct health insurance premium for entire year. I have about a month left in TCS. Found some random quora answer about converting it to individual policy before leaving, does anybody have any idea about this process. And will converting to individual policy help me avoid paying the entire premium for my parents.

Total YOE is 2.9 years

Current CTC is 10.7 lpa ( 9.6 fix + 1.1 Variable)

Today received one offer from EY for CTC of 14.2 lpa ( 12 fix + 2.2 variable )

Should i switch to EY ? Is it worth it ?

Looking for a friendly discussion here... don’t know if there is a straight forward answer, but why are we allowed to put more in a 401k vs an IRA? They are essentially the same thing (correct me if I’m oversimplifying) with the main difference being 401ks are provided by employers. Do you feel like this could be a contributor to the wealth gap? 401ks are more of the norm at white collar jobs and a lot of companies don’t offer one. Is it fair? Talk to me.
