I received an RFE for my H1b transfer. As per the Amazon policy, my lawyer is not able to share the notice provided by USCIS, so I’m totally unaware of the reason for RFE. I am told that I can start my employment with Amazon on USCIS receipt. Is it a good idea to leave my current job before the transfer approval since the approval will take about 8 more weeks and I’m so done with my current job. Anyone been in a similar situation ?

I am currently into the SAP Security domain and I absolutely do not have any interest in it. I am planning to shift to development and have started on some courses on my own.

My question is, is there any future prospects in SAP UI5 and Fiori? Since my background is in SAP, I assume it will make a domain switch easier.

Or should I move into the JS-React path since there seems to be a lot of demand? But my worry is about my lack of actual work experience

Finished my loop for a marketing role 2 weeks ago, and got an email the next day that they wanted to give me an offer. Had my initial call with recruiter to put the offer together. It was lower than I expected, and we ended that call positively as I needed some time to consider, and we agreed to follow up in a few days. It’s now been a week and both recruiters have been unresponsive. Did I just lose this offer bc I tried to negotiate a more equitable comp pack, or is it a slow process?
