I received the salary today, my CTC is 10L, i have declared the investment under investment declaration tab, under 80C i have declared 1.5L, and in Flexible benefit plan i have declared HRA. I saw that they have deducted 12k as tax amount KPMG . Could anyone please help me on this

I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
So should I accept the offer as per their negotiation or shall positively tell them why 10 lakh is justified?

I have declared my investments in tax declaration portal , still I see in monthly salary that there is huge tax deduction.
In my previous organization, once I declared my investments in the tax portal , then my salary was very less affected by tax deduction.
But in ey india , I don't see any effect after declaring my investments.
