I recently gave all interview rounds at morgan stanley Mumbai for associate java developer p3 role. Next is the salary discussion round with HR. Does anyone know how much can I ask for this role(base & CTC both)? Given my experience of 3 years at TCS Pune.

I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
