I recently got down to the last 2 candidates for a lucrative interim in-house role and the feedback was my rival came across as someone more likely to get stuck into an interim role. Does anyone have any advice on how to demonstrate this? My background is in-house and I feel I could learn from people with agency experience used to winning the trust of new clients very quickly.
