What will be the take home salary that'll be credited in ro bank after all deductions including taxes, pf, etc
And onemore doubt befor in old company when my pay is CTC 9.6lpa INR my base pay is 32K INR per month but now CTC is 11.5lpa INR then y my basepay became 17k??

Before with 9.6 lpa i used to draw 72k pm after all deduction

Now wirh this salary chat below pls explain me what'll be my net salary and also say the problem with less basepay and why its reduced?

Our firm told everyone no bonuses this year due to the pandemic. However, people like myself with high utilization received a “bonus” in terms of a gift card. My director notified me of this, but the other day my boss was mentioning how no bonuses this year really sucks. I was told by the director to not mention it to anyone but I figured if anyone knew I got one it’d be my boss.
