I recently read in a forum that J2 wanted proof of resigning from J1 as a condition of employment. How can you say the company is anti-OE without saying they're anti-OE?

If this has happened to you, how did respond? Do you keep looking, make up a resignation letter, or something else?

The first rule of overemployment is dont talk about overemployment to anyone outside your house. :). Second: always protect the main job. Third: As the main job always has the priority, the Second and third jobs must preferably be contract gigs with not too many meetings everyday. Remember: another day, another dollar.
