I recently resigned from CGI after getting an offer from Sopra Steria with a package of 20 LPA. I have 7 years of experience in PL/SQL development and technical support. It seemed like the right move or Not...?

However, just as I accepted the offer, CGI offered me a new project internally. The issue is, I was on the bench for 2 months and already served 1 month of notice. Now, I'm confused about whether to stay or go.

Thanks to a lot of great self help books and therapy, I’m no longer putting work on a pedestal and I’m spending a lot more time on self care and my marriage. But, unfortunately, I am now getting withdrawals, because my body is used to the daily adrenaline of throwing myself into work.
