I recently started an in house position for a large local home services company. I was going through their past ad spends and campaigns and I discovered they spend a little over $20,000 on running ads in physical phonebooks. And that's how I learned phonebooks still exist. I wanted to question their decision on spending this kind of money, but last year these ads brought in almost $800,000 in business. So, what do I know?
