Life's too short. Go for it.
Yes it could look bad, but yes it could still be worth it.

Go for it.
Honestly, you should always put yourself and your family first. If this is an opportunity for you and if you think is better, go for
It.
Youre just a number for the company and there’s no doubt that if the company decide to fire you 1 week after you started, they will, no questions asked, if companies don’t care about anything else beyond profit, why should you?
I’m in the same boat. Luckily I think this is an environment where I have the option of saying no, but if I didn’t I’d totally be open to going in-house.
I lied. 😂 I tried to get off of it and they said I haven’t been here long enough to conclude I need to do something else.

No. You can do whatever you want. Your happiness comes first
Never worry about this. If another place hires you, then it didn’t look bad enough for them not to hire you, so you‘re in the clear. And if they don’t hire you, you’re no worse off than you are today.
I guess some company two jobs from now could in theory care, but you have two strikes in that respect, because you can stay longer at the job after your current one.
Absolutely go for it and don’t worry about it.

If you can find a way to explain the quick shift, go for it!
I would probably find a way to explain it in future interviews - you realized the type of cases that you were working on at this firm were not what you hoped or the other firm had x and y opportunities. I would probably steer clear of saying anything about a supervisor.
Leave ASAP. It doesn’t get better
