I recently went through R2 Spaceship Interview for Java Developer For Morgan Stanley Client. I have 3.5 YOE. The interview went for 1.5 hours and i answered 70% of the questions. Will I be selected for next round? What are the other rounds and their difficulty level? How deep should i study for Springboot?

Working in a large health system as a quality professional WFH. I rarely see anyone else on my team, and when I do present findings I see no changes happening. Maybe they’re happening and I just don’t have a role in that oversight but the motivation to keep going is whittling down to nothing. I’ve been in healthcare for years but graduated with a masters in last two years and was hoping for something different. I have been applying to so many jobs and not many calls back. Any advice ?

How long does it take post the technical interview rounds to hear back from the recruiter?

Hey Guys, I have applied to Accenture through their Accenture India portal and it's still showing pending review and my interview hasn't been scheduled yet. as I checked found out that pending review means the Application has been passed from HR to the operations team what should I do now as it's been more than 4 weeks and I haven't received any response from them and there is no way to contact them.i am getting a little frustrated about this

Has anyone recently done a HR interview at UBS?
I’ve completed the first interview with the hiring manager and a colleague, and have been fortunate to get to the next stage but im unsure how to prepare. I’ve done the usual compentencies, strengths and weaknesses and company research. What are some good practices during the sales phase of a potential project to execute before the contract is signed? Seems obvious but would love some ideas on standard operating procedures that help with seamlessly handing over a signed contract to the account team. For example, speaking to the potential client explicitly about their role in staying on schedule, reviewing scope creep consequences, etc.

Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. I asked ppl at my agency but haven’t gotten a proper explanation. I get the impression that billing to the agency admin code isn’t recommended, and my manager said he bills everything to client codes, but that doesn’t make sense to me .
